Mr. Venkatapathy is a successful litigating advocate, erudite scholar and a notary public at Pondicherry with vast experience in civil, criminal, labour, consumer, matrimonial and intellectual property law, CAT case & Writs. He graduated from Pondicherry Ambedkar Government law College and also holds a master degree in Human resources management from Pondicherry University. He has conducted more than 150 domestic enquiries in Government and private organizations. He has been a practicing both advocate in High court of Madras as well as Pondicherry and before various administrative tribunals. Besides he also holds the distinction of being a panel advocate for Sundaram Finance ltd, Pondicherry Co-operative bank, HDFC and Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Mr. Balaguru is a corporate lawyer and consultant who has advised various companies on civil, criminal, corporate matters. He also regularly interfaces and liaises with various governments, regulatory authorities like Reserve Bank of India, Foreign Investment and Promotion Board in obtaining the necessary approvals to establish and/or continue business operations in India.
